Our promise to buyers when something goes wrong.
When buyer protection applies
You are covered when an order is not delivered, arrives damaged, arrives significantly different from the listing, or the seller stops responding. The window to raise a claim is 14 days from the delivery date (or expected delivery date if the order never arrived).
When it does not apply
Buyer protection is not a "change of mind" guarantee. It does not cover refusing delivery without reason, returning a perfectly-described item because you no longer want it, or claims raised after the 14-day window. Custom-made items have a more limited protection scope.
How to raise a claim
First contact the seller from their storefront — most issues are resolved directly. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours, or the resolution is unsatisfactory, write to support@bhaaratbazaar.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
What happens next
A member of our team will review the order, the seller’s response, and the evidence. We typically reach a decision within 5 working days. If the claim is upheld, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Final note
Buyer protection sits on top of the seller’s own returns policy — it is the platform’s safety net, not the first line of recourse. Talking to the seller first usually gets you a faster outcome.
