Frequently asked questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No — never. BhaaratBazaar charges only the monthly plan fee. Every rupee a customer pays goes directly to your Razorpay account, your UPI, or as cash on delivery. We never touch your money.
How does the subdomain work? Can I use my own domain?
Every store gets a free subdomain — yourname.bhaaratbazaar.com — set up in under a minute. On the Pro and Max plans, you can connect a custom domain you own (e.g. yourbrand.com) so customers never see "bhaaratbazaar.com" in the URL.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade and you pay the prorated difference immediately. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No long-term lock-ins.
What payment methods can my customers use to buy from me?
You set this up in your store: UPI (direct to your UPI ID), Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets), and Cash on Delivery. Customers pay you — not BhaaratBazaar.
What payment methods are accepted for my own BhaaratBazaar plan?
For your monthly/yearly plan we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and netbanking — all in INR with a GST invoice provided automatically.
What happens to my store if I downgrade to Free?
Your store stays live. If you exceed Free's 25-product cap, the oldest products beyond 25 are archived (not deleted) — you can restore them by upgrading again. Custom domain disconnects and your store is removed from the public /stores directory.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is forever-free with no time limit, so you can build your store and test the platform first. Any paid plan also comes with a 14-day free trial — no card needed.
Will my store be listed publicly on bhaaratbazaar.com?
Only Pro and Max stores are listed in our public marketplace directory at bhaaratbazaar.com/stores. Free and Basic stores stay private — buyers reach you only through links you share (Instagram, WhatsApp, your own marketing).
Do you support GST registration and filing?
BhaaratBazaar auto-generates GSTIN-compliant invoices for every order, with HSN codes and the right GST rate. Filing itself you'll still do through your CA or the GST portal.
